1. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-7 business days.
- Orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Basic shipping is R100 and is calculated on the weight of the parcel.
- Parcels are delivered by The Courier Guy to the physical address provided when placing the order.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Collection Option
