ART COMPETITION 2018: “Leopards: Surviving against the odds”
Published: 03 May 2018

It is that time again! Our annual Art Competition is happening and this year it is an exciting calendar competition sponsored by Bridgestone SA. Entries for our Art Competition for 2018 are now open!

This is an amazing initiative for young learners and it offers an opportunity to allow youngsters to unleash their creative prowess. The 2018 theme will be entitled “Leopards: surviving against the odds”.

Our world is ever changing and there are so many current environmental issues facing biodiversity worldwide. We have decided it will be a great opportunity to bring to light the issues that leopards are facing. Problems such as habitat loss, climate change, poaching and unsustainable hunting are just some of the examples of the threats facing biodiversity. Leopards, however, are a very adaptable species and they have managed thus far, to survive against some of these odds. The leopards roaming the Cape mountains are a true testament to this statement.

Please download the information document and the competition guidelines and entry forms below and submit your entries before 22 June 2018.

We look forward to seeing the results of some great work!
