The Cape Leopard Trust is pleased to announce its 3rd annual art competition, this year fully sponsored by Bridgestone SA! We are particularly pleased that Bridgestone is continuing to support our art competition, as it was through our partnership with them that the idea for the first one was born.

This year’s competition has a broader focus, not just on leopards, but on all predators of the Cape, in acknowledgement of the role of predators in the natural system.

Children are invited to submit their artworks exploring this theme. The winning 12 artworks will be used to create a 2016 calendar. Judging by the quality of previous entries, it will be a stunning calendar, so look out for it later in the year! The winning artworks will also be framed and sold at the main Cape Leopard Trust fundraiser in August.

The fabulous prize sponsored by Bridgestone will be a Cape Leopard Trust camp in the Cederberg for all the winning children, each accompanied by a companion of their choice. Each winner will also receive copies of the special calendars.
